How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually delivered in 3–5 business days across Singapore (a little longer during big sales and festive seasons). Delivery is free on orders of S$59 and above. The full details are in our delivery information.
Can I return something?
Yes. Changed your mind? Unused items can come back within 7 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and we'll walk you through it. See returns & refunds for the fine print.
How do I book a grooming appointment?
Message us on WhatsApp at +65 8226 0040 with your pet's breed, size and the day you'd like, and we'll confirm a slot. You can check services and prices on the grooming page first.
Can I visit the shop?
Of course. We're at 30 Robertson Quay, #01-01, by the Singapore River. Open 11am–7pm on weekdays and 10am–7pm on weekends. We're closed on Wednesdays.
