Grooming Pass

Terms & Conditions

• Petizen Grooming Pass is only applicable for dogs.
• Customers are limited to booking one appointment at a time and can schedule their next appointment only after the completion of the current service.
• If you book more than one appointment, the subsequent appointments will be automatically canceled.
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
• Dogs must be fully vaccinated and possess a microchip to qualify for the Grooming Pass offers.
• Each pass is valid for use with one dog only and cannot be shared or transferred.
• Additional add-on services will incur extra charges and are not included in the package.
• A $20 fee applies to no-show, or booking cancellation/reschedule within 24 hours before the booked grooming sessions.The fee will be donated to support pet charity organizations.
• Late arrivals may lead to rescheduling or changes in services, depending on availability.
• All services and benefits included in the grooming package must be used before the expiry date. Any unused services or benefits will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
• The package will be activated from the purchase date.
• The package period is strictly 3 months and can only be purchased once at a time.
• The package is non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.
• The package is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The package cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
• Customer information is collected for the sole purpose of providing grooming services and will not be shared with third parties.
• In case of any disputes, PETIZEN PTE. LTD decision is final. PETIZEN PTE. LTD reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
